Congratulations, Ari and yes, I’m sharing!

Re: Maya Wiley’s visual: As an African American woman, I am quite familiar with that look: from my mother, aunts, sisters, daughter, granddaughter, and yes, from me. To Sam Nunberg, that look was asking: “YOU GONH DO WHAAAAT?!” It was certainly my highlight from the reel! That was a live intervention of humanity. In that moment, all walls were removed, and we saw one human being caring for another, and the other being able to receive it. My other favorite was/is the camaraderie that has developed between Bill Krystol and Fat Joe. Two people from two totally different worlds, being able to SEE one another; to LISTEN, to LEARN, to understand and maybe even change a viewpoint.

My favorite segment was where Peter Navarro explained the Green Bay Sweep, and when you told him that was the plan for a coup he denied it like the thought never entered his mind.

Ari, I hope you and your team continue to bring out the facts and hold people accountable!

Congratulations and continued success!!

Thanks Ari, for all that you do. Love your style, your guests, your focus, sense of humor, and your stand on the issues. You help us get through these wild times, which would be far more difficult without you, so hoping you stay on as one of our truth leaders for many decades to come. Happy New Year!

Of a similar vintage of your parents, I love how you love them. It says a lot about the three of you (and Jonathan, of course).

Extraordinary times feels like an understatement. Less than a decade time wise but a lifetime of craziness. My favorite Beat moment is identifying Jan 6 as a coup attempt for Peter Navarro. I also appreciate how you and your team weave together all the moving parts to the insurrection through time. Many news outlets describe a discreet news moment and then their reaction or opinion about

Hello Ari,

Your question "Do you ever feel like we are living in extraordinary, intense, overwhelming times?" might have been meant to be rhetorical, but I'll answer anyway: uhmmm, Yaaaaah! Lol 😂😆

Your viewers, too, are grateful; grateful that we can listen to you explain, break down and call out when/as required!! CONGRATS on the various milestones, from Jay-Z's use of your #HOVDid breakdown, to 5 years during these 'wid' times, to one billion views!! You are on a roll. Keep up the good work! 🎉🎉

Congratulations Ari, you’re the best. I appreciate the way you report the news and explain it in simple terms to those of us who have a hard time understanding some legal terms. Thank you 🙏 for being open and honest. I really love your show and MSNBC.

Why does justice move at glacial speed wen it comes to jailing Steve Bannon? Since his conviction long ago he has continued to wreak havoc! He's a real threat to democracy.

Hi Ari.

I saw your video celebrating your 1 billion views. I have been watching the show since it began and love it. My son is 43 and the other is 40, so I think your age is in that range. I watch you to get the facts and you keep it real. I also love music and have a wide range of songs on my playlist. I do have hip hop and some rap on my playlists as well. Keep the good vibe going, and your interviews with Mavericks and Fallback Fridays. I have watched them all and being the same age and having all of Cindy Lauper's songs on my playlists, I loved her take. She is right that we lived in a pre Roe world. Just facts. I love Fat Joe and all the other rappers that I have found out exist to widen my perspective, as they are the Bob Dylan's of your generation. When I miss your show, then I always watch it on YouTube. You are rocking it kid!

I thought the episode with you and your parents was illuminating. Just a peek into your life. I think some of my favorite moments have been "Fallback Fridays". Anytime you have Bill McChrystal and Killer Joe on together is a party. I don't want to sound like a broken record, but the rap/hip hop music references are my favorite moments. You have found a way to ground pieces/reports that can be too esoteric for me. Please, Ari, keep it up for as long as it makes you happy.

Good evening and Happy Fri-YAY, Ari and everyone 😃😃😃

First, it was so nice to see you, Ari in person, in NYC for the January 6th report at the NY Historical Center. I loved every minute of the conversation between you and Andrew Weissmann, Esq. It was very insightful

Second, I will like to thank you for signing my copy of your book 📚 I highly appreciate it😃

I am so glad that I found a show like yours, The Beat, that gives us factual information and also legal analysis. I love that you quote rap lyrics and this is one of things that I love about your show. I just love how positive and optimistic your show is, even during not so good times.

Congratulations on reaching a billion streams. I am so glad to be one of the billion viewers and a subscriber to this newsletter.

I can connect to your show through various ways with my devices…I can set the DVR to record your show during times that I am not at home😃 I also bookmarked the link that you provided. I have tuned in through the MSNBC app watching The Beat on my way to NJ from NYC in the train. I don’t like to miss The Beat😃😃😃

I will definitely share this link👍🏽

My favorite Beat memory, hmmmmm, I cannot choose😃

The episode of you and Maya Wiley Esq. convincing Sam Numberg to show up in his subpoena

The episode where you asked Peter Navarro, “do you realize that you are describing a coup?”

The blue muppet and the great Michael Steele🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Any episode with Elie Mystal and so on

Keep soaring higher and higher, Ari 😃😃😃Congratulations from moi, a Beatnik for life #BeatBillion

It was a delight to watch the YouTube collage of your show highlights. A billion streams- but I’m not surprised. I record The Beat with TiVo so I can watch whenever I get home. When I travel out of country I watch the show on YouTube usually the next day due to time differences, and I watch your interviews there also. I’m happy to be part of the Billion. This is quite the milestone and I know it’ll be one of many to come.

I would love to see Melissa Murray included.

Also, loved the white shirt, plum tie, and black jacket combo the other night! Enjoy your weekend.

Ari -- Shout out to your Dad. Nashville Skyline is one of my favorite albums but Blood on the Tracks is my number one. Also thank you very much for introducing me, through your ongoing interpretations, to rap wisdom. You are clearly the Rosetta Stone for Rap and Hip-hop.
