A voice of reason, how refreshing. I believe we will see an abundance of buyers remorse in the coming months. Not sure I can be empathetic to those who state "I had no idea" or "but he said he would".. They should have known. In the meantime, I will keep informed albeit at a controlled pace, take care of the big things, take care of my health, surround myself with people I love, and love me, read more books, exercise more, and buckle up, it is going to be a bumpy ride!

"Intellectual and Emotional Maturity in 20 seconds"

We measure anger, anxiety, depression daily in 20 seconds.

The most serious suicidal thought:"I'm 200% certain that the UNBEARABLE pain will NEVER end"(Note: It's NOT UNBEARABLE )

The best prevention:"I'm 200% certain that I'm probably characterizing my situation wrong."

No truer words were spoken! About all we can really say is that we can relate on some level and that's about as far as it goes--but the depth and width of a person's (or how a person feels) is an individual matter--we may share a common ground but how we got there depends on our life's experiences--I think it's a miracle when we can make connections with others who have similar outlooks and yet have come from a different angle than one another--

You said what a lot of people are thinking. A day or so after the election Google was inundated with, can I change my vote? This isn't Dancing With the Stars folks!

Have you noticed that as time goes on Trump is getting more obnoxious?? What's up with that?? I think he's letting power go to his head!! It amazes me how much he is getting away with!! And quite frankly it scares me+--I'm 81 and I don't probably have a lot of years left on this planet but what I do have left I want it to be safe and worry free!,,😏 be well my new friend and safe 🌞

Hi Ari. Thank you for this. I have been taking a break from the news since the election. Your show is one I can still watch because you give us the facts and you don't play into the hysteria, despair and misery of some of the other hosts. I appreciate what you said about not getting too worked up about what "could" happen. We have to wait and see. I love your show and your humor. I love when you have on guests who think you will fall for their lies, but you "get them" and it's always satisfying. Have a wonderful holiday season. One last things--why does MSNBC/NBC not sell The Beat pens on the website? My mom loves you. She is 101 years old. She already has a mug and loves it. I hope I can get her a pen one of these days. Thank you!

You were my go to source for a daily update of what was happening, and it was nice that you added a bit of local culture and rap to bring us back to reality. I look forward to joining you in 2025. Enjoy the holiday break because we will need you at 100% to keep us updated on the political "activities" that will take place in January.
